I just called Sweet William Floral today! I only had about an hour and a half to get a last-minute bouquet of flowers delivered to my wife, but they totally pulled it off! They got it processed, picked out a super great selection of flowers, and delivered it that very same day. They're seriously awesome!

I recently sent my friend flowers for her birthday and wanted to use a trusted local flower shop which is why I chose Sweet William. I did not see any arrangements I liked so I wanted to try the seasonal option where the florist designs it. I was hoping to add some comments for guidance but there wasn’t an applicable section. When my friend sent me this picture I was very disappointed. I thought the arrangement was very generic, poor use of color and style and most of all the ribbon doesn’t even match the arrangement. I would have loved a better looking outcome especially when the florist is customizing it with their touch. Would not recommend on my personal experience.

UPDATE: changing from 3 to 5 stars due to customer service! They agreed the arrangement was not ideal, offered to send a new one or allow for a credit for another one. Both were nice and above and beyond as their services were used and they sent flowers that were beautiful just not what we wanted. They were kind and understanding and if I need flowers again, I would absolutely use them. I need to apologize to them as it took me a while to update the review. Again, thank you!! 😊 What I ordered and what was received seems very different. I ordered the “You & Me ~ Spring Edition!” Yes, I knew there likely would be substitutions and that was okay, but these colors do not blend well together; as you can see, there are bright red, yellows and pink rather than the softer bouquet that was advertised. The ones received look more like summer/4th of July than the colors of spring, especially with the lemon bow. Delivery was as promised and they are still beautiful, just not together. :(

After my husband gave me a flower arrangement from Sweet William, we used them for all the florals for our elopement and reception. Everything was perfect! They were great to work with, kind, communicative, and took the time to make our wedding florals exactly how we wanted. Returning the bud vases was also super easy. 10/10 would recommend, for both smaller orders and larger events.

I loved working with Sweet Williams for my wedding! Their prices were very fair, and communication was excellent. I didn’t have a super clear vision for my flowers, but with the little inspiration I gave them, they created something absolutely beautiful. They even thought of details I hadn’t considered, like petals for my flower girl, which made the whole process so much easier. They arrived right on time for setup and took care of everything on the wedding day, which made flowers one of the least stressful parts of planning. Later, when I realized I needed a bouquet last minute for bridal photos, they had one ready for me the very next day. I had completely forgotten I’d already paid for it in advance, and they could have charged me again. but they didn’t. That honesty and kindness meant so much. I can’t recommend them enough!
